After listening to this collection of candid and honest stories from Drew, I can honestly say I Stan her so much! I watch her show and have always really enjoyed her acting, but I felt like I really got to know her through these stories. I had read mixed reviews about the writing style but honestly I really liked the way she told her truth and it was a truly lovely listen. I’d highly recommend this if you’re at a stage in life where you are just finding a love for reading/listening again, or a turning point in your life and you just need to escape and be captured in someone else’s world and see the world from their perspective. It was a pick me up and helped me to realise a few life lessons of my own!

I LOVED this book! Why? Because it's honest , hilarious, real, interesting, inspiring and so wise. The best part was having Drew narrate it. I am a mother of 5 in her early 40's but I feel that this book is for everyone, maybe particularly for us girls. I shared it with my 15 year old daughter and she also loved it too. This one is definitely going under the tree to all my girlies so that they can get inspired to love and live life to the full. ❤️

I really love Drew Barrymore and was really looking forward to reading this. She reads it really well and I love that she recaps so many positive stories from her life - she has done sone amazing stuff. I was a bit disappointed that she didnt open up more about any more negative aspects of her life but at the same time, I dont blame her. She has been through a lot in her life, I would want to focus on the positives too... to which there are many.
